Dr. Nickolaychuk's Staff

We are very proud to have a wonderful long-term staff, who are committed to providing you with outstanding professional care.  Our goal to provide our patients with a healthy and beautiful smile.  We do so in a caring and personalized way. Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager

Your first visit to our office will be to meet with our Treatment Coordinator, Yvonne, and Dr. Nickolaychuk. Yvonne will provide you with valuable information about orthodontic treatment and she will answer all of your questions. Her job is to inform you and to make you comfortable regarding all aspects of orthodontics!
 

Treatment coordinator Yvonne is also our office manager and she does a great job of making sure the office is running smoothly and that we are all working together as a team. Her strong leadership skills and understanding make her the perfect role model. She is someone that both staff and patients can come to with questions or for help.

 
 

Clinical Manager

KyraKyra is our clinical manager.  She makes sure the treatment area is running smoothly and that we are all working together as a team. As Dr. Nickolaychuk's senior assistant, she is someone that both patients and staff can come to with questions or for help.



 

Clinical Staff

Our clinical staff, Teresa, Nicole, Leslie, Jacquie & Jenna are dedicated to making sure that each one of your visits is a positive one. Their goal is helping you achieve the smile that you desire. They make each appointment fun and want to make sure each patient leaves with a smile on his/her face.

Lab/Sterilization/Records Tech

Records 
Jacki takes all our Diagnostic Records and runs our in-office lab.  Jacki also makes sure our sterilization is up-to-date and monitored by weekly tests.
 

Appointment Managers

Our Appointment Managers, Tara and Shannon, are the first people you talk to when you call our office. Tara and Shannon's goal is to work with your schedule and make sure that you receive orthodontic care with as little impact to your daily routine as possible.  They are very friendly and efficient.

Financial Coordinator

KristynOur Financial Coordinator, Kristyn, will help you come up with the right payment plan. She is available to discuss options with you in person or on the phone.  Kristyn is a wonderful listener who will work with you and your needs so that orthodontics can work for you.

 
 

 

Kim is one of our Clinical Assistants who is currently on Maternity leave with her first child and will be returning December 2011.
