If a patient wears any type of Winnipeg Jets gear to his or her appointment, they will receive a ballot to enter a drawing. You could be the lucky winner of a Winnipeg Jets jersey with the player of their choice on it. The last day to submit your ballot is at the end of the regular season, on April 7, 2012.
